$166 billion in IEEPA tariff refunds are coming.
Is your company ready?
The Supreme Court invalidated all IEEPA tariffs. The CIT ordered CBP to refund every importer. But refunds are electronic-only — and importers without ACE Portal and ACH accounts won't get paid.
When we analyzed the import data for a mid-market wholesaler, we found $2.77M refundable — the difference between a naive ERP calculation and a correct one is not a rounding error.
How do you know your customs broker's claim is the full refund?
Your customs broker files a refund claim based on their records. But IEEPA tariffs changed four times for China alone (10% → 20% → 125% → 20%). Your ERP has duty data your broker may not. Our agent reconciles what's in your ERP with what your broker claims — so you know nothing is missed.

How we help you get your refund
ERP-to-broker reconciliation
Our agent connects to your ERP, pulls every duty payment, and reconciles it against your customs broker's refund claim line by line. If your broker missed entries or used the wrong rate period, you'll know.
Refund readiness analysis
We calculate your exact refundable amount using the correct historical rate schedule for every entry — not a single flat rate. Then we compare it to what your broker is claiming.
Deadline monitoring
If the universal refund order is narrowed on appeal, individual filing deadlines become critical. We track liquidation status for every entry and surface urgency alerts before windows close.
Customs broker coordination
We work with your existing customs broker — not against them. We provide them with reconciled data, formatted exports, and flagged discrepancies so they can file accurately and completely.
Ongoing tariff intelligence
CIT progress updates, government appeal filings, Section 122 developments. We track all of it and translate it into action items specific to your company.
What to do this week
Check your ACE Portal account
If you don't have one, apply at ace-accounts.cbp.gov.
Enroll in ACH refunds
Add your banking details in the ACH Refund Authorization tab. No ACH = no refund.
Confirm your Importer of Record status
Only the IOR receives the refund. If your customs broker is listed as IOR, talk to them now.
Know your number
Run a tariff refund analysis to understand your exact exposure. Don't rely on your ERP's estimate.
